Domo® Varioslide S Pro

Domo^®VarioSlide S Pro is a 100% monofilament pitch where we added an extra yarn construction to develop more unique features such as cooling characteristics, easier maintenance, no performance infill displacement. The unique “Duo Yarn System” combines two types of yarns in one turf, the HELIFLEX monofilament fiber and the cross-linked MONOTAPE. This creates the most optimal playing conditions regardless of weather. This unique combination offers a number of additional benefits:

Ultimate Resilience

Identical as natural grass

The ultimate resilience of the HELIFLEX allows the same kick skills as on a natural pitch. Thanks to its spiral shape, the yarn bounces immediately upright after it is pressed down by the ball or a player’s foot, for example. This technology stands for excellent ball behaviour - so good, in fact, that players are convinced that they are playing on a natural pitch.

Cross-linked MONOTAPE

Keeps the performance infill in place

The cross-linked monotape holds the infill firmly in place. It provides a nice smooth, even pitch with natural ball behavior. The tips of this film split, forming the perfect protective layer for the artificial grass infill. This limits the migration of the infill and reduces maintenance costs.

Consistent ball roll

Lab tests have proven that the ball roll remains consistent. The ball roll remains almost identical on a wet or dry field. The tests for wear resistance prove that the use of advanced polymers in combination with the special propeller profile of the monofilament provides an extremely durable pitch.

Keeps the infill in place

After clearing of the snow on the right-hand side of the image, piles of SBR infill have been released from the standard 3G football field. On the left side of the picture, the cross-linked MONOTAPE of the Domo^® VarioSlide S Pro effortlessly holds the Domo^® Naturafill performance infill in place.

Advantages

The looks of natural grass

Domo^® Varioslide S Pro has a very nice natural appearance. The integration of the cross-linked MONOTAPE gives the grass a luxurious appearance. The green hues of the fibers are inspired by natural colors.

Easy maintenance

Just like any artificial turf 3G sports field, a Domo^® Varioslide S Pro sports field also requires regular brushing, but brushing and supplementing new performance infill is very limited because the cross-linked MONOTAPE holds the performance infill in place while brushing or cleaning snow-covered surfaces.

Ultimate resilience

Laboratory wear tests show that the use of advanced polymers in combination with the special HELIFLEX monofilament propeller profile provides an extremely durable artificial grass sports field. The polymer consists of different monomers and each monomer consists of different carbon atoms. This unique combination of yarns responds perfectly to the LISPORT test of 50,000 cycles, which roughly corresponds to 10 to 15 years of normal football fun. This makes the Domo^® Varioslide S Pro an extremely sustainable artificial grass sports field.

Reduced maintenance costs

The cross-linked MONOTAPE holds the performance infill firmly in place. This considerably reduces the maintenance costs for redistribution and replenishment of the sports field.
