Domo® Sports Grass is looking for a dynamic Sales and Project Manager to reinforce our team for the African market.

As a Sales and Project Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for overseeing the sales activities in Africa. You will consistently organise and monitor construction projects with customers and your colleagues from the Customer Service Desk. In addition, you will liaise with colleagues from other departments and maintain close contact with the management team. You will be involved in discussions on a wide range of issues, from minor problems to exploring sales and project opportunities.


What are your responsibilities?

As a Sales and Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • You support and advise planners, architects, sports contractors and eventually sports clubs, communities, etc. in the context of project acquisition
  • You can study, calculate and guide the execution of the projects from start to finish
  • You cultivate and maintain good relations with customers and potential customers
  • Dealing with tenders, offers, negotiation of contracts, etc. is part of your job
  • You develop a network of subcontractors for site construction
  • Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors
  • You develop new sales strategies in consultation with the management
  • You have an effective communication with your international sales colleagues
  • Plan and implement seminars and information meetings
  • You support the planning and budgeting process


Who is our ideal candidate?

We are looking for a person who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Experience: Several years of experience in both Sales and Project Management
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in both oral and written communication
  • Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Strong abilities in presenting and negotiating
  • Quality Minded: A strong focus on quality
  • Independence and Teamwork: Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Commercial Insight: Keen understanding of customer needs, cost control, and effective sales strategies
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to business travel for several weeks or months each year
