Cage frame
The frame of a padel cage is the backbone of the padel court construction. For PadelGrass Classic, galvanised metal is used throughout the whole court construction. This material can be used in any climate condition. The combination of steel frames and pillars provides great wear resistance.

- Galvanised metal hybrid frame/pillar system made of structural tubes, EN10305 certified.
- Glass pillars are additionally reinforced with 100x60x3mm steel profile up to 1.2m and up to 1.5m height at lighting columns
- Galvanised steel frames: 80 x 40 x 2mm main structural tube
- Laser-cut thermal recessed footplates

Lighting

There are several factors you need to consider: brightness, colour temperature, uniformity, glare reduction, energy efficiency and durability. PadelGrass Classic lighting has the following specifications:
- 4 or 8 uniquely designed 200W (or 150W) LEDs
- Complies with the UNE EN 12193 standard (lighting for sports facilities).
- Straight galvanised lighting posts
- Depending on indoor or outdoor use and the purpose of use (leisure, training or competition), illuminance levels can range from 200 lux to 750 lux
Glass panels
Padel courts have glass panels on the front and sides of the court. This allows spectators to watch the game and also helps players to see the ball as it bounces off the walls. PadelGrass Classic has approved tempered safety glass that is perfectly connected to the metal structure. The glass pillars are additionally reinforced with a steel profile. The glass is thicker than average which makes it more durable and offers better sound insulation.

Netting

- Laser-cut and electrically welded meshes Kiwa-certified
- No use of strips between the mesh frame ensures consistent ball bounce
- Anti-injury thanks to mesh finish on all frames
