New sports Pitch for FC Blau-Weiß Friesdorf
The soccer ball might not roll during the COVID-19 crisis, but the excavators do. The city of Bonn makes use of this period and renovates the artificial turf pitch in the Friesdorf sports centre.
The old artificial grass pitch of FC Blau-Weiß Friesdorf was worn out and in need of replacement. The City of Bonn published a tender for the construction of a new pitch and paid particular attention to quality and sustainability in its specifications.
The choice fell on the Domo Varioslide S Pro 40mm 3/8 in combination with Domo Naturafill as performance infill material.

On 27 March 2020 Domo Sports Grass started to remove the old, worn out artificial grass and at the beginning of May the construction works of the new sports field were finished.
