Artificial turf for the best playing experience
Domo® Varioslide S Pro is the flagship of the Domo® Sports Grass football grass range. It has been designed utilising a unique "Duo Yarn System" patented by Domo® Sports Grass. This combination technology brings together two different yarn types into one artificial turf product: the monofilament HELIFLEX yarn and a cross-linked MONOTAPE. As a result, the combination creates a high-tech sports pitch with excellent playing properties. This allows top talents to develop their full potential.
Ultimate Resilience
Identical to natural grass
The ultimate resilience of the HELIFLEX allows the same playing properties as on a natural grass pitch. Thanks to its multidirectional spiral shape, the yarn bounces immediately upright after it is pressed down by the ball or a player’s foot, for example. This technology provides excellent ball behaviour - so good, in fact, that players are convinced that they are playing on a natural grass pitch.
Keeps the performance infill in place
Thanks to a cross-linked MONOTAPE
The cross-linked MONOTAPE fibre encapsulates the infill more effectively. It ensures a nice, even pitch with natural ball behaviour. The ends of the tape split and form a perfect protective layer for the artificial grass infill. This limits the migration of the performance infill and thus greatly reduces maintenance costs.
The “splash test” results carried out by Labosport indicate Category 1, the achievable result.
Even after snow clearing
Even when snow is cleared from a field, the performance infill stays in place. In the picture below, you see that after clearing of the snow, piles of SBR infill have been released from the standard 3G football pitch (on the right-hand side of the image). The cross-linked MONOTAPE of the Domo® VarioSlide S Pro on the other hand, effortlessly holds the infill, in this case, Domo® Naturafill, in place (left side of the picture) .
Consistent ball roll
Lab tests have proven that the ball roll remains consistent. The ball roll remains almost identical on a wet or dry Domo® VarioSlide S Pro sports pitch. The tests for wear resistance prove that the use of advanced polymers in combination with the special propeller profile of the monofilament provides an extremely durable pitch.
